unleash your collective creativity

"Born and raised just 30 minutes outside of New Orleans, I grew up around my fair share of local artwork, be it craft fair paintings in Olde Towne or murals on Rampart St. I‘ve been drawing for as long as I have been walking, and, currently, I dedicate myself to painting custom portraits and other miscellaneous works to help bring people’s visions to life. I dedicate my original pieces to highlighting the beauty of everyday life within the Black community. Before becoming a college student at the illustrious Howard University, I started caitlyn’s collective in the summer of 2023 with hopes in the future to someday open up my own studio and gallery back home."
Groundbreaking young artist Caitlyn Ordone grew up in southeastern Louisiana, inspired by her diverse and colorful social surroundings in the culturally rich state. As a youth, Caitlyn’s interest in art was largely fueled by her mother, grandmother, and older brother whom were hobby artists. While attending Slidell High School, Caitlyn was enrolled in the Talented Art Program (TAP) for all four years of high school. Her work competed on a regional level, earning her recognition from the Rau For Art Foundation in New Orleans and the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. Currently, Caitlyn attends the prestigious Howard University in Washington DC, pursuing a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Painting.
